Factory Details and production capacities:

The current manufacturing unit is spread in 3 floors having a total production capacity of 1L Ceiling fans per month and has the provision to expand up to 1.5 Lakhs fans per month.

Current infrastructure includes Automatic CNC winding machines, Automatic Paper insertion and wedging machine, varnish tank and oven, Hydraulic Shaft Press with ohms check feature, CNC Single Head Grinding machine for utmost perfection, Separate belt conveyor for assembly and packing lines, Conveyorized testing line with the sound testing room as per industry standards. Paint section with 3 Liquid Paint booths and 4 Powder coating booths along with 125 meters of conveyor system that supports up to 4000 sets of Powder coat and 1500 sets of Liquid paint in a shift. Gun for powder coat from Gema and Liquid paint gun from Graco give paint quality extra edge. There is an in-house buffing section, cover balancing and shining, pretreatment plant and blade riveting section available.

Unit with an end to end online production till dispatch also includes blade balancing and angling facility, well-organized material storage, palletized Finished Goods Storage, Rotor Machining, heavy-duty ELGI noiseless compressor with all pneumatic guns to meet required production.

Space allocated for Office, Admin, R&D, OEM Auditor, Pre-Dispatch Inspection, IQC, Purchase and security guards.

The present installed capacity of manufacturing 4000 Fans/day on a fully automatic line and has the provision to expand up to 6000 fans/day by adding another production line.

The firm has implemented all the required systems and processes to meet top-notch quality.
Tools and equipment available with us include Digital Ohms Meter, Digital Watts Meter, Digital Amps Meter, Digital Voltmeter, Digital hertz meter, Tachometer, Multimeter, High Voltage meter, IR Meter, Digital current leakage meter, Angle checking magnetic protector, Resistance meter, in-house air gauge inspection system for shaft and bearing, and dial gauge.
